ACR-20P is a transparent-grade acrylic processing aid specially developed for transparent PVC products. It provides excellent fusion performance and melt uniformity, significantly improving clarity and surface quality of PVC materials.
With low gel content and superior dispersion, ACR-20P effectively reduces fish eyes, gels, and optical defects, ensuring high transparency and uniform structure in PVC sheets and films.
It is especially suitable for transparent PVC sheets, films, and thermoforming materials where optical quality is critical.
Recommended dosage:
- Transparent PVC sheets: 1–2 phr
- Transparent PVC films: 1–2 phr
- Thermoforming materials: 1.5–3 phr
