1.Superior melt reinforcement prevents foam collapse: Utilizing a high molecular weight acrylic copolymer (ACR) core formula, it significantly enhances the melt strength and ductility of PVC in its molten state. During the foaming process, it firmly encapsulates the gas, effectively preventing cell rupture, merging, and collapse, ensuring the integrity and stability of the foam structure. It is suitable for high-ratio foaming needs of 1.5-5 times, solving the pain points of problems that easily occur in high-ratio foaming.
